Leeds Castle’s will once again play host to this spectacular open-air summer concert.
Last year, in celebration of Leeds Castle’s remarkable 900-year milestone, concert-goers witnessed the world premiere of “A Tribute to Leeds Castle” performed by the Band of the Royal Marines and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Internationally acclaimed conductor John Rigby returned to conduct this performance alongside both a varied and traditional programme.
This iconic event is a highlight of the summer season, set in the most spectacular location and natural amphitheater in front of the beautiful Leeds Castle, reputed to be the loveliest castle in the world. People in their thousands have attended the stunning setting across the past forty-one years to be entertained by this amazing open-air musical delight.
The event once again included a spectacular fly-over with a Spitfire from the Aero Legends stable taking to the skies – a fitting tribute to this heritage event. The magnificent evening ended in style with a spectacular fireworks finale.
